These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Betgili platform and all its services. Betgili is an online gaming platform operating under an international gaming license, serving users in Bangladesh and various other countries.

These Terms apply to:

• On the Betgili mobile app and PWA platform
• Any Betgili service or product where these Terms are referenced

Betgili reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use any services on Betgili. Where local law sets a higher age of majority, that higher limit applies.

The following individuals are not eligible to register an account under Betgili's Terms and Conditions:

• Any person under the age of 18
• Residents of countries where online gaming is completely prohibited
• Betgili employees and their immediate family members
• Those whose previous accounts were closed due to fraudulent activity

Single Account Policy

Only one Betgili account is permitted per person, household, or device. Opening multiple accounts using the same identity, bank account, or mobile number is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

All members must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before making a withdrawal. The following documents are required:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent photo (ID with selfie)
• Proof of payment method (bKash / Nagad number)

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.
• A second withdrawal using the same method cannot be initiated while one is already being processed.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require a specified amount of wagering before a withdrawal can be made. For example, "30x wagering" means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus amount.

• Welcome Bonus: typically subject to 20x–30x wagering requirements
• Reload bonus: typically subject to 15x–25x wagering requirements
• Cashback: No wagering requirements in most cases

Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Expiry periods typically range from 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

Bonus Abuse is Prohibited

• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements by placing only low-risk bets on bonus funds is prohibited
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus requirements or through dishonest means may result in account suspension.

All games on Betgili operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that is regularly audited by independent third parties. This ensures every game outcome is completely fair and random.

Prohibited Activities

• Tampering or interfering with game software
• Use of Automated Bots or Scripts
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
• Collusion or Conspiracy with Other Players
• Fraudulent Profits via Credit Card Chargebacks

For technical issues

If a disconnection or technical issue occurs during a game, Betgili will determine the outcome based on the saved game state. If the game was not completed due to a platform error, the wagered amount will be refunded.

Betgili may suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Providing False Identity or Forged Documents
• Multiple Account Management
• Bonus Abuse
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

You may also close your account yourself by submitting a written request to support. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

5. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, the matter can be escalated to a higher authority

Betgili's decisions are considered final; however, we take every case seriously to ensure fairness and transparency.

Betgili reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or a platform banner at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
